Scope
All products and services are subject to the terms and conditions of Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob. The present terms and conditions apply to business transactions and delivery. Any terms and conditions that differ from these are not accepted by Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob, who expressly and in writing agrees to these.
All items offered on this webshop (watches / jewelry / art / bags / writing instruments) are hereinafter referred to as product (s).
1 – uhrenkauf-auf-raten.ch is operated by Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob, based in Freienbach/SZ. Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob will hereinafter be referred to as the seller.
2 - Right of return
There is a right of return of 10 days should the wrong product have been delivered or if the product does not correspond to the condition advertised on the website. In this case, the seller must be notified in writing within 48 hours from receipt of the product.

For rings (jewelry) ordered in individual size, the right of return is excluded.
The right of return is also excluded in case of pickup at our offices or at the artist.
3 - Shipping / Collection
We ship with Swiss Post, insured, express and registered. The shipping is free of charge.
It is also possible to collect our products from our offices in Freienbach/SZ. Depending on the product, art can also be collected directly from the artist.
4 - Delivery times
In stock means that the item is available in Freienbach/SZ. The delivery times stated in the advertisements are approximate and may vary.
5 - Warranty
You receive the respective manufacturer's warranty on watches, jewelry, and writing instruments. This only applies to products that are brand new. For products in this category that are «as new,» Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob assumes responsibility for the warranty. Please refer to the corresponding advertisements for the warranty period.
Not covered by the warranty granted:
- Damage caused by improper use
- Wear and aging processes due to the use of the product
- Damage after intervention by unauthorized third parties
There is generally no warranty claim on bags and art.
6 - Financing
By applying for the financing, the customer authorizes Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob to fully disclose the provided data to the financing partner Yourasset AG and Hey Light AG. to be transmitted electronically.
The financing partner decides whether financing is approved.
The customer signs the corresponding contract with him/her. The GTC`s and the provisions of the financing partner apply.
7 – The customer agrees that Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob will grant third parties (in particular the credit reference agency CRIF AG, Zurich, or a company affiliated with it) access to his personal data originating from the business relationship at any time for the purpose of verifying the customer’s creditworthiness and collecting the purchase price, including all payment history from the ordering process. The customer is entitled to revoke their prior consent in writing at any time.
8 – Direct purchase
In case of direct purchase you transfer the amount to our bank account. After that the item will be ordered and/or shipped.
9 - Data protection
Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob does everything possible to carefully process customer data and comply with data protection regulations. Swiss Prime Watches by Ronald Grob uses personal data for the contractual and legal processing and fulfillment of the products offered and for maintaining the customer relationship. For marketing purposes, the data is stored in compliance with all possible security standards. The customer/customer can have their data deleted at any time.
